Dr. Sondur Lakshmipathi, Founder Director. Dr. Sondur worked in Tata Consultancy Services, Bangalore, as the Principal Consultant in Wireless System Design, DSP, VLSI and Embedded Systems in 2008. He was the Chief Technology Officer of Esqube Communications and Solutions Pvt. Ltd., Bangalore during 2005-07. He worked in Intel, Bangalore, as the Wireless Staff Architect during 2001-05. He has filed 20 US patents in the area of MIMO-OFDM communications and some of them were ratified as the pathfinding inventions in Intel. He worked at Encore Software on the design and development of voiceband modems V.90 and V.34. He worked in the field of radars and microwave communications in Indian Air Force for 15 years, 1977-92. He completed his PhD from Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore, during 1994-98 in the area of array signal processing, completed Master of Engineering from University of Jodhpur, Rajasthan, in 1988-90. His areas of interest are MIMO-OFDM communications, space-time coding, array signal processing and VLSI systems. He was the Joint Secretary for IEEE Signal Processing Society, Bangalore Chapter, during 2002-04 and is the Fellow of The Institution of Engineers (India). |

Raghavendra Sirsi, Founder Director. Raghavendra has about 15 years of experience in Sales and Marketing. He worked in Cranes Software International Limited, Bangalore during 2006-2009 as the Asia Pacific Sales Head for the Wireless Division focused on Wireless IPs, prototype and reference design products. He was responsible for revenue generation in APAC region and dealt with customers in market segments like T&M, Tools, Fabless Semiconductor, Chip, R&D SoC, OEM and ODM companies. He worked as the Senior Manager in Cranes in Middle East during 2005-06. He worked in Adrenalin E Systems (A Polaris Group Company) as the Regional Sales Head during 2003-2004, HTC Global Services during 2001-2004, Ramco Systems during 1997-2001, and J&H Digisys during 1994-1997. He is a Graduate Engineer in Instrumentation Engineering, Pune University, in 1994. |

Rajagopal Yethadka, Vice President (Technology). Raj has about 20 years of experience focusing on developing various telecom and embedded software solutions. He was driving the DSP solutions for telecom and wireless applications in his stints at Motorola during 1995-2006, and NXP India during 2006-2009. Prior to joining MYMO Wireless, he was managing the DSP software Competence Centre in NXP India, which he had developed a site-wide horizontal across different businesses. He also worked with CrossCheck Technologies, Encore Software in EDA Tools, and PSI Data in distributed OS for Param Super Computer. He has a strong background in software development processes (SEI-CMM/CMMi) and multiple disciplines of embedded software such as EDA, signal processing and operating systems. He completed his Bachelor of Engineering from CSA Department, Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore, in 1989. |

Devika Raghavendran, Wireless Architect. Devika worked in Esqube Communications and Solutions Pvt Ltd as the Technical Leader in wireless group during 2006-07. As the layer-2 Architect she lead a team for the design and development of IEEE 802.11n MAC solution. She worked in Sasken Communication Technologies Ltd, Bangalore, from 1998 to 2003 as the Senior Design Engineer for the design, coding and integration of baseband, MAC and RLC components of 802.11a, CDMA and GSM BTS. She did her BSc (Hons) in Mathematics at IIT, Kharagpur in 1994, and Integrated Master of Engineering from ECE Dept, Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore in 1998. |
